Project 100K is a digital product by Project 100K providing AI prompts and step-by-step playbooks for use with third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini). Contact: info@theproject100k.com.
A single one-time payment of $67 grants you a lifetime licence to access all prompts, playbooks and startup paths in the library. Access is delivered instantly via a licence key after payment. We may add or update content over time at no extra cost; we don't guarantee any specific content remains unchanged.
Project 100K is a set of tools and guides. We make no promise of any specific income, earnings or results. The "100K" name reflects an aspirational goal, not a guarantee. What you achieve depends on your own effort, market and circumstances. Anything described as an example or projection is illustrative only.
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly and the content can be viewed immediately on purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error or can't access what you paid for, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details. Your purchase email may be stored to issue and support your licence.
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: the email address tied to your purchase (via Stripe) and your licence key. We use these only to deliver and support your access. We don't sell your data. Your browser stores your licence locally so your access persists on that device. Prompts you write into third-party AI tools are governed by those tools' own privacy policies, not ours.
We use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics (no Google, no third-party trackers) to count anonymous page views and how long pages are viewed, so we can improve the site. This uses a random identifier stored in your browser — we do not store your IP address, name or any personal data, and nothing is shared with or sold to anyone.
The content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outputs from AI tools can be inaccurate — review everything before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project 100K is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
